What helps us quote faster
The more detail you send, the quicker we can give you an accurate quote. Please include garment colour, fabric type if known, and whether you want folding and bagging or bulk packing. If you need repeat order support, mention the original job so we can match the previous print as closely as possible, which saves time later.
If you are working to a school deadline, a club tour or an event launch, say so on the form. We can then check press time, drying time and finishing work before we confirm the job.

Typical response times
Most enquiry forms get a reply during working hours on the same business day. If your request comes through after hours, over a weekend, or during a public holiday, we usually respond the next working day. For larger orders or jobs that need colour matching or sample strike-offs, allow extra time for checking before approval.
When we have all the details upfront, quotes are quicker and mistakes are fewer. That saves everybody time and keeps the order moving.
If you need artwork checked
Send your file with any notes about placement, sizing or brand colours. Our artwork coordinator can help with setup, while our production team checks whether the image will print cleanly at the size you need. If your logo has fine detail, small text or multiple colours, tell us so we can advise before production starts.

What happens after you submit the form
Once your enquiry lands with us, we review the details, confirm stock and print method, then send back a quote with the next step. If the job is approved, we schedule production, print the order and arrange finishing such as folding, bagging or bulk packing. Coastal humidity and load-shedding can affect turnaround at times, so we plan carefully and keep you updated.
