1. Scope of these website terms
These Terms of Use apply to visitors, clients and any person who accesses the Brand-On Screen Printing website, including users seeking screen printing services in Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp, St Francis Bay, Cape St Francis, Oyster Bay, Kareedouw, Gqeberha and the wider Kouga region. The site is operated on behalf of Brand-On Screen Printing by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd.
The website is provided as a practical information and enquiry channel for printing services such as T-shirts, hoodies, caps, team kit, event wear, one colour prints, multi-colour prints and repeat orders. Use of the site does not create a binding service agreement unless and until a quotation is accepted and confirmed in writing.
2. Using the enquiry form correctly
When you submit an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete details, including garment type, quantities, sizes, print positions, colour requirements and any deadline that affects production. Incomplete information can delay quotations, artwork setup and production scheduling.
- Use the enquiry form for normal business requests only.
- Do not send unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
- Do not submit material that infringes copyright or trade marks belonging to others.
- Allow reasonable time for a response, especially during peak periods or load shedding interruptions.
We may decline to act on an enquiry if the information is unclear, technically unsuitable or outside our production capacity.
3. Quotations, artwork and production approval
All quotations are based on the details supplied at the time of enquiry. Prices may change if the garment specification, print size, colour count, turnaround time or order quantity changes. For large runs, oversize back prints, sleeve printing and neck label prints, final pricing may depend on artwork preparation and sample strike-off approval.
Artwork supplied by the client remains the client’s responsibility. If we prepare or adjust artwork, we do so to support production accuracy, but final approval rests with the client before printing begins. Once approval is given, changes may not be possible without added cost or delay.
- Artwork should be supplied in a suitable format where possible.
- Colour matching is done as closely as practical within the limits of fabric and ink.
- Sample strike-offs may be used for larger or sensitive orders.
- Production only starts after order details are confirmed and accepted.
4. Order completion, packing and collection
Completed orders may be folded and bagged, bulk packed or prepared according to the agreed instruction. Where a client requests repeat order support, we may refer to prior specifications to maintain consistency, although small variations can occur between print batches and garment suppliers. This is especially relevant for schools, clubs and surf-town brands ordering over time.
Clients must check their goods promptly on collection or delivery. Any issue with quantity, print placement or obvious damage should be raised without delay. Once goods have been collected and used, we may not be able to verify later claims that could have been identified earlier.
- Inspect garments as soon as you receive them.
- Report any concern within a reasonable time.
- Store printed goods in a dry place away from direct heat.
- Take care with coastal humidity, which can affect storage if packaging is left open.
5. Site content and intellectual property
All text, layout, images, logos, graphics and other content displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless stated otherwise. You may view the site for personal or business reference related to obtaining printing services, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute content without permission.
Any trade names, school names, club names or client references appearing on the site are used only where relevant to the services offered. They remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants a licence to use any protected content or material belonging to another party.
6. Liability, law and contact through the website
Brand-On Screen Printing takes reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every detail will be error free or uninterrupted at all times. We are not liable for indirect loss, missed deadlines caused by force majeure, network interruptions, power cuts, supplier delays or information supplied incorrectly by the client.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in force. For all enquiries, orders and follow up communication, please use the enquiry form on the contact page. We will respond through the same channel or another agreed method after review.
- We may update these terms from time to time.
- Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
- If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
