Request a Quote

Need pricing for T-shirts, hoodies, caps or team wear? Send your quantities, garment details and artwork notes through the enquiry form and we will get back with a clear quote. We print for Jeffreys Bay, Humansdorp, St Francis Bay, Gqeberha and the Kouga region.

What to send with your quote request

The more detail you give us upfront, the quicker we can quote properly. For screen printing, pricing depends on the garment type, print size, number of colours and how many pieces you need. If you are not sure about one of those items, send what you know and we will help fill the gaps.

Useful details to include are the following:

  • How many items you need, including sizes if the run is mixed
  • Garment type such as T-shirts, hoodies, caps, golf shirts or team kit
  • Print positions, for example front chest, back print, sleeve or neck label
  • Artwork files, rough sketches, or a clear description of what you want printed
  • Deadline or event date, especially for launches, tournaments and school events

If you are requesting repeat orders, mention the previous job where possible. That helps us match the artwork, sizing and ink colours more closely. It also saves time when you need the same print run again.

How the quote process works in Jeffreys Bay

Our base is in the Jeffreys Bay industrial area, and most quote requests come through our enquiry form. Once we receive your details, we check the garment type, print method and artwork setup before we send back pricing. If anything is unclear, we will ask for the missing info so the quote is accurate.

Here is the usual flow:

  • You submit your enquiry with the garments, quantities and print details
  • We review the artwork and check whether any setup work is needed
  • We prepare pricing based on print positions, colour count and order size
  • If needed, we send a sample strike-off for approval before production
  • Once approved, the order goes into print, finishing and packing

This process works well for local schools, clubs and surf-town brands that need practical turnaround times without unnecessary back-and-forth. It keeps the order clear from the start, which helps avoid delays later on.

Pricing factors that change the quote

Screen printing is very cost-effective for medium and larger runs, but the final price can shift depending on the details. A one-colour front print on 30 T-shirts will not cost the same as a multi-colour back print on hoodies with sleeve prints. That is why we ask for as much detail as possible before quoting.

The main pricing factors are:

  • Number of garments and size breakdown
  • Number of print colours in the design
  • Print size, especially oversize back prints
  • Extra positions like sleeve prints or neck labels
  • Artwork cleanup, redrawing or colour matching requirements
  • Bagging, folding and bulk packing needs

For jobs with tight budgets, we can often suggest a simpler print setup that still gives a clean result. If you are working around school fundraisers, club kit or event wear, let us know what matters most and we will quote accordingly.

Artwork, colour matching and sample strike-offs

Artwork plays a big role in how your final print looks. Crisp logos and bold lettering usually print best, but we can also work with supplied images that need cleanup before production. If your file is not print-ready, send it anyway and we will advise on the next step.

We can assist with:

  • Artwork setup for screen printing
  • Colour matching for brand or team colours
  • Sample strike-offs where a proof is needed before the full run
  • Advice on fine detail, small text and print size limits

For coastal conditions in Jeffreys Bay and St Francis Bay, customers often choose prints and garments that can handle regular wear, washing and humid storage. If you are unsure which print style suits your use, tell us whether the garments are for daily work, sport, promotion or resale and we will guide you. A small typo in a logo or a low-resolution file can affect the final result, so checking the artwork early saves time.

Packing, repeat orders and collection planning

Once the printing is complete, we can fold and bag items neatly for handing out, retail use or event issue. Bulk packing is also available if you need cartons sorted by size, team or order group. This is useful for schools, clubs and companies that have to distribute garments quickly.

If you order from Humansdorp, Oyster Bay, Kareedouw or Gqeberha, tell us how you want the order packed so collection or handover is simpler. For repeat orders, we keep the details of previous runs on hand which helps with consistency when you need the same print again months later.

Load-shedding can affect schedules across the region, so if your deadline is fixed, send the request early and include the date you need the job ready by. That gives us more room to plan production around power interruptions and still meet the target where possible.

Who handles your request

Your quote request is handled by a team that knows the work and the practical side of getting it done. Brandon Michael Jacobs leads the business, with support from Anele Mhlabeni in production, Leandi Smit on sales and quotes, Ridwaan Isaacs on artwork, Thobeka Nene on press operations, Jason van Rooyen on finishing and Megan Daniels on client liaison.

That means your enquiry does not disappear into a generic inbox. It is checked by people who understand garment printing, turnaround times and what local customers need for schools, clubs, surf brands and events across the Kouga region. If you need help deciding what to ask for, send the basics and we will take it from there.

For the quickest response, include the quantities, garment type, colours and artwork details in your enquiry form submission. The clearer the brief, the quicker we can price it and move the order forward.

Questions we get asked

What details do you need for an accurate quote?

Send the quantity, garment type, print colours, print positions and any artwork you already have. If there is a deadline, include that too.

Can you quote on both small and large orders?

Yes. We quote for smaller club runs, school orders and larger bulk print jobs. The price changes with the number of garments and the print setup required.

Do you help if my artwork is not ready?

Yes. Send what you have and we will advise on artwork setup, colour matching and whether a sample strike-off is needed before production.
